Validate License Keys
Once license keys are imported, users are added and assigned a license key. During the add user process, the system validates the license key for the user. In some instances (for example, an upgrade, or manual validation), it may be necessary for the user to take additional steps to validate a user license key. This article describes how to validate your license keys.
Note: An internet connection is required for the validation process. If you do not have an internet connection, and must validate manually, contact insightsoftware for instructions.
Validate a Single License Key
- From the Application Configurator panel, select the Users tab.
- Select the desired user or license key to be validated, right-click, then select Validate. The system validates the license key.
Note: If an internet connection is not found during the validation process, the Unlock License Key panel appears. Please contact insightsoftware for further instructions.
Validate All License Keys
- From the Application Configurator panel, select the Users tab.
- From the ribbon, click the Validate All Online button. The system validates all license keys.
