Hide Rows with Zero Balances
The Hide Rows with Zero Balances option analyzes the active worksheet or workbook, and performs a row hide function for any spreadsheet row containing GXL
, GEXQ
or ProSheet Account Data
formulas, in which the net result is zero for all cells. This option is very effective for standardized reporting templates, such as departmental reports. Multiple rows may be created as a template, but the function will hide non-used or zero rows.
