Drill Down to Journal Entry Lines

Spreadsheet Server allows drilling down from journals to the journal entry lines making up the journal (batch). The drill down results appear in a single or tabbed panel, based on the option in the user's Spreadsheet Server Settings.

Note: This option only applies to BPCS, Infinium, JD Edwards, and Movex ledgers. For BPCS ledgers, an option in the user's Spreadsheet Server Settings determines a user's authority to this function. For Infinium and JD Edwards ledgers, user settings in Application Configurator control a user's authority to this function.

1. From the Journals drill down, double-click the desired journal, or, select the desired journal, right-click and select Display All Lines of Selected Journal. The Journal Entry Lines drill down panel appears, displaying all the entry lines of the journal.

2. For BPCS 6.02 and 6.04+, click the Analysis button to populate the analysis fields in the current panel.

Important: Response time varies based on the size of the journal detail file in the host system.
