Query Exchange

Query Exchange is an online depository of queries. Query Designer allows users to access the online query depository, download selected queries to Query Designer, then utilize them in Excel. A user's ability to access Query Exchange determined by the user's Application Configurator settings.

Note: Users must be connected to the internet to access to the Query Exchange component.

Download a Query from Query Exchange

  1. From Query Designer

    2. From Excel

    • In Excel, from the Spreadsheet Server Ribbon, select Formula Builder, then the appropriate GEXQ, GEXD, GEXS, or GEXI formula tab.
    • Click the Query Exchange button (). Query Exchange opens.
  2. Continue to step 2 in "Download Queries from Query Exchange" in the Spreadsheet Server User Guide.
